Terms of service

TenacBook resources are digital PDFs for parents and caregivers. Product pages state the price, format, contents and intended age range. Prices are shown in US dollars; Shopify checkout displays the final total and any applicable taxes before payment.

Your personal-use licence

Your purchase is for personal and household use. You may read the PDF on your devices and print copies for your household. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the paid files.

Delivery and support

After successful payment, Shopify Digital Products automatically sends a download link to the checkout email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive, then contact destinybarida85@gmail.com with your order number. These educational resources do not replace professional medical, psychological or developmental advice, and do not promise a particular outcome.

Refunds are available for duplicate purchases or unusable files as described in our refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
