TenacBook sells digital PDF downloads. No physical item is shipped or needs to be returned.

Duplicate purchases and unusable files

We offer refunds for a duplicate purchase of the same product, or a supplied file that remains unusable after we try to resolve the problem. Email destinybarida85@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. For a file problem, include your device and PDF reader so we can help.

We will verify duplicate orders or try to provide a working replacement file. If the file remains unusable, we will arrange a refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
